“It remains the most amazing experience I’ve had in my six years of coaching in terms of the connection between the player and the fans and what was happening on the floor," coach Steve Kerr told Wes Goldberg of the Bay Area News Group. "I’m not kidding. I hope this doesn’t sound like hyperbole, but it was like a religious experience.
"It was so incredible to witness a player at the top of his game but also to do it in front of 20,000 fans who were just experiencing it with him and almost willing him to it, and his teammates, too. That one stands out for me above every experience I’ve ever felt as a coach and as a player.
"I’ve never, ever been a part of anything like that.”
Those are some powerful words right there from a guy who been a part of eight NBA championship teams.

And don't ever forget that Klay didn't get his first bucket that quarter until the 9:45 mark. It makes the feat that much more impressive.

"The biggest thing I always told people was, 'Yo. He didn't score the first couple minutes. He scored with nine something on the clock,' " ex-Warriors big man Marreese Speights told myself and Grant Liffmann. "Everybody say, 'For real?' I say, 'Yeah, yeah.' "That's how basketball (fans) are. They see certain things but they don't pay attention to the details.
"And the details are, that man scored all those points in nine minutes and 45 seconds. That's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. The most bizarre thing I've ever witnessed in my entire life."
