Imitation is flattery? LeBron channels Steph on no-look 3

Eat your heart out, #StephBetter crowd.

LeBron James borrowed one of Steph Curry's signature moves Tuesday night.

James drained a corner 3-pointer in the Los Angeles Lakers' 117-100 win over the Houston Rockets, delighting his teammates by turning to look at his bench before the shot went in.

Feeling so good about a shot that you know it's going in before it does? That's a Curry staple.

"Well, Steph has definitely probably done it the most in our league," James said of Curry on Tuesday in a video conference with reporters after the Lakers' win. "And when you shoot the ball as beautiful and effortlessly and precisely as Steph does, he has the ultimate, ultra-green light to do that 'cause 10 times out of nine it's going in for Steph."

Naturally, the Warriors star was the first person who came to mind for many watching James pull it off Tuesday.

Before their years as NBA Finals foes and in-conference rivals, James watched Curry up-close during Davidson's miraculous run to the Elite Eight of the 2008 NCAA men's basketball tournament. James later said he went because he knew he'd be witnessing greatness.

On Tuesday, he emulated it.

Maybe Curry will return the favor with a stomp or pregame chalk toss in his next game?
