Andre Iguodala was fined $10,000 for making inappropriate comments following the Warriors' loss in Minnesota on Friday, the NBA announced on Monday.

Before Golden State's game in San Antonio on Saturday night, Steve Kerr said he didn't take offense to anything Iguodala said.

Iguodala spoke to the media following Monday's practice.

"It was probably the wrong time to express myself, but we all have our own opinions, we all have our feelings," Iguodala told reporters. I have a great relationship with Steve Kerr and he knows that. He spoke to you guys about it ... he and I are in a great place. We don't even have to speak about it because he knew in no way, shape or form was I talking about him."

Iguodala's comments were reportedly related to an inside joke among teammates.

Is the joke on the media?

"I like to have fun with you guys," Iguodala answered. "I like to play mind games with you guys."

Does he regret his comments?

"I wish I wouldn't have put my teammates and organization in that situation," Iguodala said. "But it doesn't change how I feel about certain situations. You can't give certain people power, and I gave certain people power.

"Live and learn from the situation, and move forward."
