The NBA trade deadline is three days away and the whole basketball world is waiting to see if Anthony Davis is shipped out of New Orleans.

The Lakers have been at the top of The Brow's wish list, but there are other teams he could see himself suiting up for in the years ahead.

The latest intel comes from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Hmmmmm.

We can practically hear Warriors fans wondering out loud: "Is Golden State on the list?!"

Well, please don't be mad at the messenger, as that doesn't appear to be the case.

Furthermore, one way to look at this new information is that the Pelicans want the Lakers to believe Davis would sign a long-term extension in July 2020 with the team that trades for him now.

This could prompt the Lakers to improve their offer to ensure they don't miss out on the opportunity to land the transcendent talent. Yes, if Davis is in fact traded to the Clippers, Bucks or Knicks he could still choose to sign with the Lakers after next season. But he could fall in love with his new home and give the Lakers the cold shoulder (like Paul George).

If the Lakers truly want Davis now, they are going to need to beef up the proposal. And to nobody's surprise:

And finally, it certainly doesn't like the six-time All-Star is Boston bound. Last week, we learned that Davis and his camp are skeptical that Kyrie Irving will be with the Celtics beyond this season. And perhaps more importantly, Davis' father said: "I would never want my son to play for Boston after what they done to Isaiah Thomas."

You gotta feel bad for those Boston sports fans. Nothing seems to go their way...
