The Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic were scheduled to face off Wednesday afternoon in Game 5 of their first-round playoff series.

But the Bucks decided to boycott in protest to the police shooting of Jacob Blake -- a 29-year-old Black man -- in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday.

It was an incredibly powerful statement, and news surfaced shortly thereafter that the Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder elected to boycott Game 5 of their series as well. The Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers also decided to boycott Game 5 in their series.

The league and the National Basketball Players Association later announced that all three games would be postponed.

As it all developed, NBA players took to Twitter to voice their feelings and emotions.

Additionally, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James tweeted: "F--K THIS MAN!!!! WE DEMAND CHANGE. SICK OF IT."
