Neymar nails Steph's ‘night night' celly after dagger goal

Add soccer superstar Neymar to the list of professional athletes that have borrowed Steph Curry's "night night" celebration.

Up 2-0 in the 51st minute at home in the Parc des Princes against Montpellier on Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain went on the attack.

After Achraf Hakimi's cross was deflected by a Montpellier defender, Neymar dove in, sending the ball left  -- while he continued flying right -- and past the goalkeeper for his second goal of the night to make it 3-0.

He then hit the "night night," essentially signifying that the game was all but over. Neymar scored one more goal to complete his hat trick and PSG ultimately won 5-2.

Considering how the "night night" celebration has taken the sports world by storm, it makes sense why Neymar followed suit. The celebration will be featured in NBA 2K23 and fellow soccer stars Ousmane Dembélé of Barcelona and USWNT legend Alex Morgan have done it themselves.

What's more, Neymar is a big fan of Curry and the Warriors. He shouted out Curry after hitting a half-court shot and has a mural near his own personal basketball court decorated with his "idols," including Curry and Draymond Green.

With how popular Neymar is worldwide, expect the impact of Curry's "night night" celebration to persist.
