The Warriors coach has criticized Trump for a number of things over the past three years, from his divisive rhetoric to his failure to act on gun control.
So, it should be no surprise that when presented the opportunity, Trump fired back at Kerr.

After the Warriors coach offered a “no comment” on the NBA's latest controversy involving China and Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey, Trump took a dig at Kerr during a press conference Wednesday.
Kerr said he did not know enough about the political dynamic at play to offer his normally eloquent view of current events, so he preferred not to comment.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver backed up Morey's right to speak out on issues such as the people of Hong Kong's fight for democracy, and he said the NBA would live with any business consequences that stem from that.

The Lakers and Nets currently are in China, but CCTV now has decided not to air the games after Morey's tweet and Silver's second statement.
The NBA now is in a sticky situation with China, a country that presents a large business opportunity for the league.
Trump's comments hit the air after Kerr finished his media availability Wednesday, so he was unable to respond to the president's verbal jab.
