Rory McIlroy rocks Kyle Lowry jersey, predicts Raptors in five after RBC win

Rory McIlroy probably won't have the crowd on his side next week when the 2019 U.S. Open descends on Pebble Beach.

Why you might ask? Well, after the Northern Irishman was finished blowing away the field Sunday at the RBC Canadian Open, he was handed a Kyle Lowry jersey and proceeded to pump up the locals.

The four-time major champion then gave his NBA Finals prediction during the trophy ceremony, and needless to say, he doesn't have the Warriors mounting a historic comeback to stun the Raptors.

Should the Warriors force a do-or-die Game 7, it would take place following the final round of the U.S. Open. Should McIlroy snap his major drought and win his second U.S. Open, will he try to endear himself to the locals by donning a Steph Curry jersey?

Unless the Warriors can find a way to slow down the Raptors' offense, it likely won't be something McIlroy has to think about.

Instead, he'll be focused on bottling the A-game he flashed Sunday when he fired a final-round-61 en route to a seven-shot win.
