Steph loved silencing Knicks fans at MSG in Warriors' win

Whether in a packed arena or working on his craft on the practice court, Steph Curry will show up ready to bring his best no matter what. But there's something about fans in the stands, especially at an iconic arena like Madison Square Garden, that brings Curry's A-game out.

For the first time this season, the New York Knicks were approved to allow up to 10 percent of capacity, roughly 2,000 fans, for their game Tuesday night against the Warriors. The Warriors welcomed back fans by beating the Knicks, 114-106, and Curry admitted after the win he enjoyed silencing the small crowd, including a few heckling Knicks fans.

Curry let his game do all the talking in the win. He scored a game-high 37 points, made seven 3-pointers, dished out six assists and grabbed six rebounds. His plus-19 also was a game-high in plus-minus.

This also came after Curry missed the Warriors' previous game, a loss to the Charlotte Hornets, due to feeling under the weather.

Madison Square Garden always will be the home that turned Curry from myth to superstar when he dropped 54 points on the Knicks eight years ago. It had to feel good to both be back on the court and be back at MSG, where legends always rise to the occasion.

It was far from a packed house but Curry was back in his elements of quieting his haters with every splashed shot from beyond the arc.
