Steph Curry made good on his promise to a 9-year-old girl just in time for Christmas.
Riley Morrison wrote to the Warriors superstar last month, asking why Under Armour didn't carry Curry's signature shoe in the girls section of their website. Curry responded in kind, inviting Morrison to a game on International Women's Day on March 8 and offering to send her a pair of the Curry 5s and of the then-yet-to-be-released Curry 6s.
Morrison got her hands on the shoes this week, and her father Chris posted the reaction on his Instagram.

"Did they come early and you were waiting for Christmas," she asked.
"[SC30 President Bryant Barr] suggested that we wait," he said.

"Smart. Smart," the younger Morrison responded with a big smile.
Curry's Warriors did not beat the Los Angeles Lakers on Christmas, but making a young fan's holiday is a big victory in and of itself.
