Steph out for Warriors-76ers, still day-to-day with tailbone

Steph Curry missed each of the Warriors' two games in Memphis over the weekend, and he will remain out for Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers at Chase Center, coach Steve Kerr confirmed Monday night.

"Went through some activities in the training room, strengthening and movement wise, and he's not ready to go," Kerr added in a virtual press conference with the media.

Kerr said Curry remains "sore" after taking a fall during a win over the Houston Rockets last week. Steph was listed on the injury report as having a bruised tailbone.

The Warriors don't view the injury as serious or long-term according to Kerr, so we potentially could see him back on the floor for Thursday's game against the Kings in Sacramento.

The team split the back-to-back games against the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday and Saturday, with Jordan Poole shining in Curry's place by putting up 25 and 26 points, respectively.
