Steph shouts out ‘nasty' Seth for hot start with 76ers

Steph Curry is playing at an MVP level so far this season. Steve Kerr believes it's the best he's seen the Warriors' star play during their time together.

But Steph isn't the only Curry who is playing at a high level. His brother, Seth Curry, is lighting it up for the Philadelphia 76ers, averaging 12.1 points per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 49.3 percent from 3-point range. Seth also has made every single one of his free throws this season.

Steph had to shout out Seth on Twitter for his scorching hot start.

Seth now has made 34 free throws in a row, just 46 shy of Steph's career-long streak of 80, which the two-time MVP set earlier this season. That number also is a Warriors' franchise record.

While Seth still has a long way to go to match his big brother, Steph knows the 76ers guard is gunning for his mark.

"I know his competitive streak, for sure, he always wants to one-up his big bro. I'm sure he's locked in on it," Steph told reporters after the Warriors' Tuesday night win over the San Antonio Spurs.

The Currys haven't faced each other yet this season but should battle twice during the second half of the campaign.

There's no doubt Steph will keep his eyes on his brother's march toward 80 and quest to start the 50/50/100 club.
