Steph Curry pulled out a move that looked all-too-familiar to New York Knicks fans everywhere in the Warriors' 116-114 loss to New York on Thursday at Chase Center.
Late in the fourth quarter with the Knicks leading the Warriors 112-104, Curry appeared to be trapped on the left baseline by Julius Randle and Quentin Grimes.
But right as Curry looked to be heading back up toward the wing, he hesitated and immediately cut back baseline toward the hoop, completely breaking Randle’s ankles and causing him to fall to the ground.

Curry coasted in for the easy layup.
The play was reminiscent to Michael Jordan pulling off a similar move during Game 3 of the first round of the 1991 playoffs against the Knicks, where he shook Charles Oakley and John Starks before posterizing Patrick Ewing with a thunderous jam.
The resemblance is eerie.

However, unlike the 1991 playoff series where MJ’s Chicago Bulls swept the Knicks in three games, the Knicks got the last laugh Thursday as they were able to hold off the Warriors and secure the win.
