Steph's 21 fourth-quarter points vs. Rockets sets career high

Steph Curry's 40-point explosion Monday night was just what the doctor prescribed for the struggling superstar.

The Warriors beat the Houston Rockets 122-108 at Toyota Center thanks to a 21-point fourth quarter from Curry, who set a new career high.

Leading the Rockets 87-78 through the first three quarters, Houston inched closer in the fourth before Curry went supersonic.

Curry's big game comes after the Warriors' superstar fell into a slump in recent weeks, an encouraging sign for Golden State who continues to battle for one of the top seeds in the Western Conference.

When Steph gets going as he did in the fourth quarter, it's almost impossible to slow him down.
