Steph singles out Wiseman play he loved in Warriors' win

James Wiseman had an awesome first half in the Warriors' win over the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.

The 20-year-old racked up 11 points and 10 rebounds in 15 minutes and 30 seconds of playing time, and did stuff like this:

Steph Curry certainly remembered that moment of the game.

"He had amazing energy on the defensive end tonight," the two-time NBA MVP said of Wiseman after the game. "Craziest closeout I've seen him make all year in the corner -- making [Donte] DiVencenzo travel. He got a block. He was fighting for rebounds. He was active in pursuing the ball."

Wiseman wasn't able to carry over his strong play into the second half, but that's just part of the process and his development right now. The same thing happened on Sunday vs. the Atlanta Hawks.

"It's gonna be a work in progress," Curry said. "We're talking to him, he's talking to us -- we're trying to make sure we're not overwhelming him with information.

"Keep things simple -- go focus on these two things offensively, these two things defensively."

But when it comes to what he accomplished prior to halftime:

"That s--t was fun as hell," Wiseman told the media. "Excuse my language. It was fun. I was super excited."
