Andrew Wiggins is the latest Warrior to sign a signature shoe deal. The 25-year-old has signed a multi-year contract with Chinese brand Peak, he announced on Saturday.
Peak also has represented Lou Williams and Tony Parker, according to the company's website.
Wiggins now is the fourth Warrior to have his own signature shoe. He joins Steph Curry (Under Armour), Klay Thompson (Anta) and Draymond Green (Converse).
The Warriors acquired Wiggins from the Minnesota Timberwolves last season in a blockbuster trade that sent D'Angelo Russell to the T-Wolves. Wiggins averaged 19.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game with Golden State in 12 games after the trade. The former No. 1 overall pick has averaged 19.7 points per game over his six-year NBA career.
Going into the upcoming 2020-21 season, the Warriors have big plans for Wiggins, and the small forward now will be styling in his own signature shoe at Chase Center.
