It's official. Jordan Bell is back with the Warriors.
Golden State announced Thursday that it had signed Bell to a two-way contract. Bell, 26, spent the first two seasons of his career with the Warriors after being selected with the No. 38 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. He is eligible to participate in the playoffs.
Bell fills the two-way slot that was vacated by Juan Toscano-Anderson, after the Warriors converted the latter to a full-time NBA contract.
Bell should provide some much-needed depth in the frontcourt, as the Warriors are very thin in that department. Additionally, his prior experience in the Warriors' system should make for a quick and easy transition.
Intent on showing he has learned from his past mistakes, Bell has something to prove in his second go-around with Golden State. He'll get a chance to showcase what he can do with the pressure ramped up in the playoffs.
