Justinian Jessup continues to produce at a high level in Australia.
The No. 51 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft scored 19 points in the Hawks' loss to the Brisbane Bullets on Wednesday.
He went 3-for-7 from beyond the arc and now is shooting 42 percent (48-for-114) from distance this season.
"He's an exciting prospect, especially considering we got him late in the second round," Warriors coach Steve Kerr said last week on KNBR's "Tolbert, Krueger & Brooks" show. "You see the impact that shooters have around the league, especially guys with size.
"We'll see about Jessup. We'll see whether he comes over this year or next year. My assumption is next year would be when he would come back."
The Warriors do have two open roster spots right now, but it's very safe to assume the lefty won't be signing a contract with Golden State this season.
Jessup will be back in action Friday night when The Hawks face the Adelaide 36ers.
