Imagine minding your own business when an Olympic gold medalist just casually walks in.
That’s what some NBA fans attending Summer League action got to witness when Warriors veteran Draymond Green came strolling into Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.
There goes Draymond, ever so casually. You also could see Warriors' general manager Bob Myers congratulating him, holding the medal in his hands after the two exchange handshakes.
The Warriors were facing the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night when Green showed up.
Team USA defeated France 87-82 in the gold medal game on Friday in Tokyo. Green himself finished the game with two rebounds and five assists with two steals. Former Warriors star Kevin Durant led the team with 29 points to seal the win and take home the shiny hardware.
This was Green’s second medal as he took home gold back in 2016 during the Rio Olympics, and he's proving that it matches with any outfit.
Let's hope the positive vibes carry over into the Warriors' regular season.
