Wiseman sidelined 7 to 10 days with sprained left wrist

James Wiseman yellow hand

James Wiseman is going to miss a little time.

The Warriors rookie has a sprained left wrist and will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days, the Warriors announced Monday afternoon.

Wiseman sustained the injury midway through the third quarter of the Warriors' win over the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night when he landed on the ground after finishing a lob pass from Draymond Green.

Based on the timeline, it sounds like the 7-foot center could miss five or six games.

The Warriors host the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night, play at the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday and Saturday, and have a back-to-back against the San Antonio Spurs next Monday and Tuesday before returning home to host the Orlando Magic on Feb. 11.
