Warriors' NBA title odds dramatically fall after Steph Curry's injury

The news of Steph Curry's broken left hand was difficult to digest, to say the least.

While we are all waiting to find out whether or not the injury will require surgery, we do know the impact it left on the team. The Warriors will be without their star player indefinitely, which means the odds they win the NBA Finals for the fourth time in six seasons are smaller than ever, per Caesar's Palace Sportsbook.

Since the news hit, the odds the team will take home the title is 100-1. Prior to the season, the team's odds were at 8-1.

That's quite the difference.

The Warriors are hoping to receive results from Curry's CT scan by Friday, but even prior to this, the Warriors were not the team we are used to.

A 1-3 record to start off the season with a couple of extra injuries added into the mix creates some panic.

Coach Steve Kerr hopes the tough start is simply that and nothing more. But for now, Golden State hopes for a speedy recovery for Curry and that these odds create a storyline for later season success.
