Eric Paschall will be heading to Chicago for NBA All-Star Weekend.

The Warriors' rookie was selected to play in the 2020 NBA Rising Stars Game on Friday, Feb. 14. He will be the first Warrior to participate since Harrison Barnes in 2014.

From the Warriors' press release:

NBA assistant coaches selected the Rising Stars rosters, with each of the league’s 30 teams submitting one ballot per coaching staff.  A ballot consisted of four frontcourt players, four guards and two additional players at either position group for each team.  Voters also had to choose a minimum of three first-year NBA players and three second-year NBA players for each team.  Coaches were not permitted to vote for any player on their team.

Paschall -- the No. 41 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft -- is averaging 13.4 points and 4.7 rebounds per game, while shooting just under 49 percent overall.

He is one of just two rookies with multiple 30-point games this season (Kendrick Nunn of the Miami Heat is the other).
