In fact, it was their worst 3-point shooting game in Warriors playoff history when taking 20 or more attempts.
The Warriors' struggles from distance as a team ultimately played the biggest role in their demise against superstar Ja Morant, who had a historic night of his own, scoring a whopping 47 points for the Grizzlies.

Steph Curry led the way with 27 points, shooting 11-of-25 from the field but struggled from 3-point range, shooting just 3-of-11 from distance. Klay Thompson had one of the worst games of his playoff career, scoring 12 points on 5-of-19 from the field and 2-of-12 from 3-point range.
With Golden State returning home to Chase Center for Games 3 and 4, a little bit of home cooking could be exactly what the Warriors need to get right and return to doing what they do best.
