BOX SCORE

MEMPHIS, Tenn -- Whenever the Warriors find themselves in a bind, the road seems to bring a calming effect to the club.

The latest example of Golden State's road success came in Wednesday's 118-103 win over the Grizzlies.

The win marked the team's fourth win in their last five games away from Oracle Arena, helping the team keep pace atop the Western Conference.

Here's everything you need to know about the win:

Kevin Durant cooks

The ultra-efficient scorer made 12-of-13 shots Wednesday night, finishing with 28 points, adding nine rebounds and five assists.

After going 9-of-25 in a game against the Mavericks Saturday, Durant -- opting to play a facilitator role -- has shot 17-of-19 over his last two games, averaging eight assists and seven rebounds.

Golden State can't close quarters

During the first quarter, Golden State got off to a great start, shooting 66.7 percent through the first 12 minutes.

Stephen Curry led Golden State 11 points in the period, while Kevin Durant made all three of his shots in the frame, helping the Warriors build a seven-point lead.

However, the Grizzlies went on a 10-1 run to close the quarter, taking a 37-31 lead into the second quarter.

In the second half, the Warriors again struggled to close the third quarter. After building an 85-76 lead, Memphis went on an 8-4 run, cutting Golden State's advantage to 89-84 heading into the fourth.

Stephen Curry struggles from the field

Curry finished with 28 points on 7-of-20 shooting from the field Wednesday evening.

Over his last 13 games, he's shot 50 percent in just three outings, shooting just 40 percent from the field and 30 percent from 3-point range over that span.
