2018 No. 1 pick DeAndre Ayton will play his first regular-season game against Golden State on Monday night. The rookie out of Arizona struggled in his second NBA game on Saturday, scoring only 5 points on 2-of-7 shooting in a loss to the Denver Nuggets.
The Warriors know that feeling, as they lost 100-98 to Denver on Sunday. The Dubs struggled to keep the Nuggets off the free-throw line, while Stephen Curry remains the only player consistently making 3-point shots.
