Watch healthy Klay hammer emphatic dunk at Warriors practice

Do you want to see footage of Klay Thompson during practice driving to the basket and throwing down a dunk?

Of course you do.

And the Warriors fortunately provided that video for fans Wednesday morning.

Looking healthy, Klay.

The three-time NBA champion missed the entire 2019-20 season after tearing his left ACL during Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors.

Thompson did not take the floor for the first two Golden State minicamp practices last week, but has been participating since last Friday.

"He did everything else in practice," Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters Monday afternoon. "But when we started to scrimmage -- a short-burst series of quick games -- he went over with LB [Leandro Barbosa].

"We're trying to get him more 1-on-1 work and specific work to the rehabilitation process that exists for an ACL. Even though the ligament is fully healed -- because he hasn't played 5-on-5 -- you just gotta work on certain muscles [and] certain movements.

"So, we're taking it really slow with Klay. He's basically taking part in all of practice other than the scrimmage. We're doing other drills that are live -- 5-on-5 -- more of a controlled scrimmage that he took part in."

The five-time All-Star -- who turned 30 years old in February -- registered a career-high 24 dunks during the 2018-19 season.
