‘No complaints:' Watch Klay kayak across Bay to workout

Spring is in the air in the Bay Area, and Klay Thompson is taking full advantage.

The Warriors star posted a video to his Instagram story, showing himself taking a kayak ride across the Bay to San Francisco, saying that he was going to "yak to practice."

"It's a beautiful day, about to yak to practice. It's nice, no wind, calm waters, sun shining, ain't no complaints," Thompson said.

Klay, who grew up in Southern California, makes no secret of his love for being out on the water, as he frequently posts on social media from his boat.

His Warriors teammates will be taking on the Grizzlies in Memphis for the second half of a back-to-back on Saturday, so Klay's practice likely will just be a solo workout.

Thompson shared a video Friday of himself knocking down 12 consecutive 3-pointers without jumping in the Chase Center practice facility.

Clearly his Achilles is making good progress if he is able to utilize a foot pedal kayak to traverse across the Bay.

The five-time NBA All-Star dearly misses being able to play alongside Steph Curry and the Warriors as he misses his second consecutive full season, but it's comforting to know he has "no complaints" as he cruises over to San Francisco.
