Draymond Green has been named to one of the NBA's All-Defensive teams five times in his career, and remains one of the league's most versatile and consistent defenders.
Green recently said he still believes he is the NBA's top defender -- and doubled down that he's the greatest defender of all time -- but who else around the league does he see as an elite player on that end of the court?

"I think [Philadelphia 76ers star] Ben [Simmons] is a very good defender, like myself he is very versatile," Green told NBC Sports Bay Area. "He can guard a big man, he can guard a point guard. He usually more guards the wings and most of the point guards, but he's a very versatile defender.
"I can go all around the league and find good defenders, I just don't think any of them are as good as me."
Simmons was named to the All-Defensive first team in 2019-20 and finished fourth in Defensive Player of the Year voting, the same award Green won during the 2016-17 season.

The two nearly have identical defensive ratings so far this season, as Simmons (107.0) and Green (109.2) are two of the tops in the league among qualifying players.
Both also have led their teams to top-10 defensive ratings this season, as Philadelphia ranks second in the league (107.1) and the Warriors rank sixth with a 108.8 rating.
Green and Simmons each should find themselves in the running for the DPOY when the regular season comes to a close in May.
