"Every night is a new challenge, a new experience, new moments to learn and grow," Mannion told the media after shootaround Friday. "[Morant is an] ultra-athletic, electric guard. Just trying to be ready for whatever's thrown my way."
What is it like going against these high-level players on a nightly basis?
"It's honestly really fun," Mannion said. "Every night is so different. There's never any getting comfortable, and that's what it's about. It's fun. You get to see different skills, different guys.
"Being able to be on the floor matched up vs. them ... it's super fun."
