The Los Angeles Clippers and Utah Jazz play a critical Game 4 tonight at Staples Center. The Clippers will try to follow up their impressive win Saturday and tie the series up at two games apiece. PointsBet currently has the series odds at -190 for the Utah Jazz with the Clippers coming back priced at +155.

Utah Jazz vs. Los Angeles Clippers (-5) Total: 223.5
The Utah Jazz will be without Mike Conley again tonight as they try to preserve their fragile 2-1 series lead. Last time out, the Clippers scored an impressive victory to snap Utah’s postseason winning streak.
The theme of this year’s playoffs has been how well the favorites have been performing ATS. Favorites have covered the spread in over 60% of games, and when that favorite is playing on their home court, as the Clippers are tonight, they cover the number 58% of the time.

The Clippers opened up tonight’s game as a 5-point favorites, and currently PointsBet still has them by five and -200 on the money line. Utah is a +170 underdog on the money line. PointsBet is reporting 62% of the money line tickets handed in are backing the Clippers.
When it comes to the breakdown on tonight’s game, 55% of the bets and 60% of the handle are backing Utah, which makes the Jazz interesting trendy underdogs. I won’t buy it, as nine times out of ten I’m going to fade the trendy dog, which I will continue doing with the Jazz tonight.
The Utah Jazz are 7-1 on the Over in this year’s playoffs. Public bettors are looking to ride that trend again tonight, but I think this is an opportunity to back the Under. Over 60% of the tickets and handle are backing the Over, but the line has not moved from 223.5.
