Pastrnak named to NHL First All-Star Team

David Pastrnak has been recognized for his spectacular 2019-20 season.

The Boston Bruins winger was named to the NHL First All-Star Team on Monday along with Connor Hellebuyck, John Carlson, Roman Josi, Leon Draisaitl and Antemi Panarin.

Fellow B's Brad Marchand and Tuukka Rask were named to the Second All-Star Team and were joined by Victor Hedman, Alex Pietrangelo, Nathan MacKinnon and Nikita Kucherov.

Pastrnak finished the regular season with 95 points (48 goals, 47 assists) and earned the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy as the NHL's leading goal scorer.

Marchand tallied 87 points (28 goals, 59 assists), and Rask went 26-8-0 in net for the Bruins with a 2.12 goals-against average. The B's goaltender placed second in Vezina Trophy voting.
