Orlov, Hathaway will wear these jersey numbers with Bruins

The Boston Bruins' newest additions, defenseman Dmitry Orlov and forward Garnet Hathaway are set to debut in Black and Gold on Saturday night.

Both players, acquired in Thursday's trade with the Washington Capitals, will suit up when the B's take on the Vancouver Canucks. Orlov will be paired with Derek Forbort while Hathaway plays on the fourth line alongside with Tomas Nosek and Nick Foligno

How Bruins' trade for Orlov, Hathaway significantly improves their roster

Orlov will wear jersey No. 81, which was last worn by Anton Blidh in 2021-22. Hathaway Garnet Hathaway will don No. 21, last worn by Nick Ritchie in 2020-21.

Orlov tallied 19 points (three goals, 16 assists) in 43 games this season with the Capitals. Hathaway notched 16 points (nine goals, seven assists) through 59 games, including the game-winning goal in Washington's 2-1 win over the Bruins at TD Garden on Feb. 11.

Puck drop for B's-Canucks is set for 7 p.m. ET.
