Here's how Bruce Cassidy fired up Bruins for Game 7 in pre-game speech

The Boston Bruins came out and dominated the scoreboard in the first period of Tuesday night's Game 7 against the Toronto Maple Leafs, and their coach's pre-game speech set the tone.

Before the B's jumped out to a 2-0 lead at the first intermission, Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy fired up his players with a good pre-game speech in the locker room at TD Garden.

Check out Cassidy's message in the video below:

The B's ultimately won 5-1 to send the Leafs home for the summer. Boston also beat Toronto in a Game 7 in the first round in 2013 and 2018.

The Bruins' next challenge is the Columbus Blue Jackets in the second round. Nobody expected the Blue Jackets to beat the Presidents' Trophy-winning Tampa Bay Lightning in Round 1, but not only did Columbus pull off a historic upset, it swept the Bolts in convincing fashion.

The Bruins don't have much time to scout the Blue Jackets because Game 1 of the series is Thursday night at TD Garden. That said, we have little doubt Cassidy will come up with an inspiring message for his team before the series opener.
