IN BRIEF: The Bruins rallied to score twice in the final 37 seconds, capped by Patrice Bergeron's goal with 6.7 seconds left, to give Boston to a 4-3 victory over the Florida Panthers at TD and extend their longest points streak in 50 years to 18 games. Matt Grzelcyk had scored to tie it with 37 seconds left. The Bruins last had a regulation loss on Jan. 19. BOX SCORE.

*The Bruins looked pretty dead in the water for a couple of periods, but then they came alive in the third when it mattered most. And the player that came alive the most was Patrice Bergeron, who scored a pair of goals in the third period after not getting a shot on net in the first couple of periods. Instead, he scored the winner with 6.7 seconds left after the Bruins had tied it with less than a minute to play on a power-play goal with Tuukka Rask pulled. It really is beginning to feel like something special is going on with this team after a come-from-behind 4-3 win where they scored twice in the final 37 seconds.
Boston Bruins
*David Krejci, posted the Bruins only goal and had seven shot attempts through the first two periods. Krejci appears to be doing as much as he can on his own with young guys Peter Cehlarik and Karson Kuhlman on his wings. He has 17 goals on the season and is quickly closing in on 20. That is pretty darn good production for the second-line center. Krejci now has five goals and 15 points in his past 11 games.
*Bruce Cassidy was mixing and matching his lines while looking for something that was going to work for the Bruins. By the end of the second period, he had Charlie Coyle skating on the right wing with Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand and trying to do something, anything to jump start that pair, who had no shots on goal through the first 40 minutes of the game. Bergeron finally came to life with a shorthanded goal in the third period that tied things up on his first shot on net of the game.
*One thing that was surprising. It sure looked like there could have been a high-sticking call on the Jonathan Huberdeau goal where he whacked it out of mid-air with a baseball swing after it popped straight up following a Rask stop. It was ruled a good goal after a video review by the NHL’s Situation Room, but it definitely looked borderline to me. According to the NHL, however, video review supported the referee’s call on the ice that Huberdeau’s stick was at or below the height of the crossbar when he deflected the puck into the Boston net.
