Two weeks into the NHL's regular season, exactly one undefeated team remains: the 5-0-0 Avalanche.
And while it's still incredibly early, there have been a number of surprise starts. The Sabres and Oilers weren't supposed to be among the best teams in the NHL this season, but both are off and running while teams like the Stars and Sharks have stumbled.
In Boston, the Bruins have won five of their first six games for the team's second-best start in the last 42 seasons, but the schedule is about to pick up with games against the Lightning, Maple Leafs (2) and Blues over the next 10 days.
So where do the B's and the rest of the league stand to this point in the season?
