Brad Marchand has been a man on a mission ever since he got his nose busted on a brutal high stick.

The Boston Bruins star followed Monday's two-goal performance with a hat trick Wednesday night vs. the Montreal Canadiens. It's Marchand's fifth hat trick of his NHL career.

Marchand's first goal put Boston on the board 14:43 into the first period.

It took only 15 seconds for the four-time All-Star to tally goal No. 2.

Marchand fittingly completed the hat trick with a shorthanded goal in the second period.

That's Marchand's 33rd career shorthanded goal, tying him with Canadiens great Guy Carboneau for 14th on the NHL's all-time list. The veteran winger is on fire with eight goals in his last 10 games.
