Brady, Gronk dominate in Bucs' win over Falcons

Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers improved to 2-0 on Sunday as they took down the Atlanta Falcons, 48-25.

The former New England Patriots quarterback tore apart the Falcons defense with five touchdown passes in the victory. Two of those TDs were caught by fellow ex-Patriot Rob Gronkowski, who now has four TD receptions early in the 2021 campaign.

Brady and Gronkowski connected for the first two TDs of the game. Gronk finished with four catches for 39 yards and two TDs.

Brady's third touchdown pass of the evening was a three-yard toss to Mike Evans late in the second quarter, extending Tampa's lead to 21-7.

Touchdown No. 4 was another short throw to Evans, making it 28-10 Bucs.

Brady's fifth and final TD of the victory was was a 12-yard connection with Chris Godwin, who made a beautiful grab in the end zone.

Brady and the Bucs will look to stay undefeated next Sunday when they visit the Los Angeles Rams, who also have started their season 2-0. Kickoff for that matchup is set for 4:25 p.m. ET.
