Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are doing their best to keep up with the Arizona Cardinals and Green Bay Packers in the race for the NFC's No. 1 seed.

The Buccaneers defeated the Atlanta Falcons 30-17 in Sunday's Week 13 game at Mercedes Benz Stadium. The victory improves Tampa Bay's record to 9-3, which is one game behind the Cardinals for first place in the conference. The Bucs and Packers have identical records.

Brady gave another excellent performance against the Falcons, and he's now 10-0 (including Super Bowl LI) versus Atlanta in his 22-year career.

Here's a deeper look at how Brady fared on Sunday.

Brady completed 38 of 51 pass attempts for 368 yards with four touchdowns and one interception. He's now thrown for 3,771 yards with 34 touchdowns and 10 interceptions through 12 games. That's pretty good for a 44-year-old quarterback.

Sunday's marked the second time Brady has thrown 50 or more passes in a game this season. He attempted 55 passes in a loss against the Los Angeles Rams in September. Brady has thrown four or more touchdown passes in six games this season after Sunday's Week 13 victory.

The Bucs opened the scoring with a Brady touchdown pass to running back Leonard Fournette.

Bucs tight end Cameron Brate made a nice catch on this first-quarter touchdown pass from Brady.

Brady and tight end Rob Gronkowski connected for a touchdown in the second quarter to put Tampa Bay ahead 20-7.

The Falcons intercepted Brady and returned it for a touchdown just before halftime to trim the Buccaneers' lead to just three points.

The Brady-Gronkowski connection struck again in the third quarter. It was the 90th touchdown Brady has thrown to Gronk, which is the second-most of any quarterback/receiver combo in league history.

The Buccaneers will square off against the Buffalo Bills in a much-anticipated Week 14 matchup. The game will be played in Tampa Bay, where the Bucs are 5-0 this season. Brady owns a career record of 32-3 versus the Bills.
