There are plenty of reasons to be bullish on this 2020-21 Celtics squad, which boasts a rapidly improving young core of Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart alongside experienced veterans Kemba Walker, Tristan Thompson and Jeff Teague.
There are also causes for concern, however: The versatile Gordon Hayward is off to the Charlotte Hornets, Walker is out until at least January with a knee that may not fully heal and Thompson and Teague are entering their 10th and 12th seasons, respectively.
