Brad Stevens, Jayson Tatum in attendance at Patriots training camp

Yesterday, the New England Patriots had quite a few Patriots alumni on hand for Day 3 of training camp. On Day 4, they have a couple of notable members of the Boston Celtics.

According to multiple reports including our own Phil Perry, Celtics coach Brad Stevens and forward Jayson Tatum are on hand for Sunday's practice. Perry managed to capture this screenshot of Tatum on the field at the event.

It's not a surprise to see Stevens and Tatum at training camp. Stevens is friendly with Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, as outlined in this story by Ben Rohrbach in The Boston Globe Magazine, so having him attend training camp and bring along one of his stars is certainly smart.

Perhaps Tatum is there to learn a bit more about the Patriot way as he attempts to become more of a leader entering his third season with the Celtics.

However, Stevens and Tatum weren't the only notable NBA people in attendance. Nick Nurse, the head coach of the NBA champion Toronto Raptors, was also there and ESPN's Mike Reiss caught a snapshot of him chatting with Stevens.

Obviously, Nurse had success incorporating Kawhi Leonard into his squad last year while losing DeMar DeRozan. So, maybe Stevens will be able to pick Nurse's brain a bit as he looks to bring a retooled, Kemba Walker and Tatum-led Celtics squad together.

Surely over the course of the next few days, we'll continue to see some big names shuffle through Patriots training camp. But Day 4 appears to be a banner day for NBA representation.
