Jayson Tatum calls Bradley Beal his "brother" and the two go way back to when Beal used to babysit Tatum in St. Louis.

The Celtics' Tatum and the Washington Wizards' Beal teamed up this week to donate $500,000 to Boston and St. Louis-area food banks. They also donated 1,000 pizzas from their beloved hometown Imo's Pizza to hospital workers in St. Louis.

And with the two stars on Instagram Live, they exchanged their thoughts on high school star Jalen's Green's decision to sign with the G-League development program and forego playing college basketball. 

Tatum spent a year at Duke before becoming the third overall pick in the 2018 draft by the Celtics. Beal went to Florida for a year before he likewise was the No. 3 overall selection by Washington in 2012.  

The good-natured ribbing between Beal and Tatum was captured by Fred Katz, The Athletic's Wizards beat writer:
