Celtics big man Aron Baynes exited Wednesday night's game against the 76ers with a left ankle injury and will not return.

Baynes suffered the injury in the second quarter when he landed awkwardly on Marcus Smart's foot. After the game, Celtics coach Brad Stevens said it was a Grade 2 sprain.

This isn't the first ankle injury Baynes has suffered this season. He also missed two games with a left ankle sprain earlier in the season. Along with the ankle issue, he's been sidelined 13 games with a finger fracture, 11 with a foot bruise, and three with a hamstring strain.
