After beginning his head coaching career with consecutive losses, Ime Udoka is into the win column.

The new Boston Celtics head coach won his first game Sunday, 107-97, on the road over the Houston Rockets. As such, he received an appropriate celebration in the locker room afterwards.

It looks like the Celtics held off on dousing Udoka in champagne, generally reserved for for championship celebrations, using water instead.

Udoka became the fifth straight Boston head coach to lose in his debut with the team when the Celtics lost to the New York Knicks on opening night, 139-135, in double overtime.

He did win his first game for the Celtics quicker than his predecessor, however, as Brad Stevens started 0-4 in 2013-14 before finally getting a win. The last coach to win a championship for the Green, Doc Rivers, also picked up a win in his third game behind the bench.
