Jaylen listed as questionable for opener vs. Knicks

Jaylen Brown's status is up in the air for the Boston Celtics' regular-season opener vs. the New York Knicks.

The Celtics listed their All-Star wing as questionable for Wednesday night's game. Brown tested positive for COVID-19 during the preseason and must clear protocol before returning to Boston's lineup.

Big man Al Horford, who also tested positive for COVID-19, has been ruled out. It's worth noting both players were asymptomatic and are expected to return as sooner rather than later.

Celtics vs. Knicks will tip off at 7:30 p.m. ET Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden. You can catch the action on NBC Sports Boston.
