Celtics' Jayson Tatum leaves game vs. Grizzlies with groin injury

The Boston Celtics simply can't catch a break on the injury front.

Jayson Tatum left Wednesday night's game vs. the Memphis Grizzlies in the third quarter with a right groin strain. The C's ruled him out for the remainder of the contest.

Tatum appeared to tweak his groin while driving to the basket on the play below:

The Celtics already were without Jaylen Brown, who suffered an ankle injury in Monday night's win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

After the game, C's head coach Brad Stevens said he wasn't too concerned about Tatum's injury:

Boston will find out more about the extent of the injury during their travel day on Thursday.
