What do the Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, and Milwaukee Bucks all have in common?

No, they didn't all make the playoffs last year. The Lakers and Hornets didn't quite make the cut last year.

No, they're not all in the Eastern Conference. Though the Lakers used to reside in Minneapolis, they are a member of the Western Conference.

Do you give up? Well, the answer is that their owners are partnering together to launch a high-end tequila company, Cincoro Tequila. Darren Rovell was among those that reported the news on Monday, along with the cost per bottle.

This project will involve some of the most influential owners in the NBA in long-time Lakers owner and executive Jeanie Buss, Hornets owner and one of the greatest to play the game of basketball, Michael Jordan, Bucks owner Wes Edens, and, of course, Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck and his wife, Emilia Fazzalari.

It will be interesting to see if this company pans out. If it does, certainly expect Cincoro to have a presence in the NBA. And who knows? Maybe it will have a bit of a presence with the Celtics once it launches.
