Celtics' road stats in Toronto vs. everywhere else in NBA are striking

The Boston Celtics have been a very good road team in Brad Stevens' five-plus seasons as head coach, but there's one giant exception.

Toronto has been an incredibly difficult place for Boston to win. In fact, the Celtics' last victory in Canada came on April 4, 2015, when Marcus Smart hit a buzzer-beating shot. Since that game, the C's have lost seven straight games and 13 of their last 15 meetings in Toronto.

The Celtics will try to end that skid Tuesday night when they play the Atlantic Division-leading Raptors at Scotiabank Arena.

Sean Grande of 98.5 The Sports Hub tweeted before Tuesday's matchup a good breakdown of Boston's success on the road versus its struggles in Toronto during the Stevens era. Check out the stats in the tweet below:

The Celtics lost in Toronto 113-101 back in October in the second game of the season. Boston won the next two meetings at TD Gardento to take a 2-1 lead in the season series, which concludes Tuesday night in Toronto. A victory for the C's would give them the tiebreaker if these teams have identical records at the end of the regular season.
