The Boston Celtics failed to get revenge on the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night as they once again came up short against their divisional rival.

Jaylen Brown did his part to keep the C's in it with 42 points (16-for-28), to tie his career-high. Marcus Smart and Kemba Walker added 20 and 19 points respectively.

To make matters worse for Boston, rookie Payton Pritchard went down with a right knee injury in the first quarter. The severity of the injury is not yet known, but the 22-year-old had to be helped off the court by trainers.

Sixers star Joel Embiid had another stellar performance with 38 points and 11 rebounds.
