Celtics vs. Cavs live stream: C's try to halt losing streak

The Boston Celtics have lost three games in a row for the first time this NBA season, and they'll try to halt that losing streak Sunday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers at TD Garden.

The C's lost by 30 points to the New York Knicks last Sunday, and then they were defeated twice in three days by the Philadelphia 76ers.

Boston played all three of those games (and the last four overall) without star forward Jayson Tatum, who remains out due to health and safety protocols relating to COVID-19.

Forsberg: C's have no defense for this week's sweep in Philly

The Celtics will need to be carried offensively by Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker. Brown scored 42 points -- his second time this season with 40 or more points in a game -- in Friday's loss to the Sixers. Walker will be playing in his fourth game of the season after missing the first 11 due to injury.

The Cavaliers will not be an easy opponent for the Celtics. Cleveland has been one of the most improved teams in the league with an 8-7 record, including back-to-back wins over the Brooklyn Nets earlier in the week.

Cavs point guard Collin Sexton is putting together an All-Star caliber campaign in his third year.
