The Boston Celtics are taking on the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday afternoon. And for the first time, the C's will get a look at the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, Zion Williamson.
After missing the first 44 games of his rookie season, Williamson finally debuted with the Pelicans against the San Antonio Spurs. He didn't disappoint.
Though he played just over 18 minutes, Williamson tied for the Pelicans lead in scoring. He notched 22 on 8-of-11 shooting (4-of-4 from behind the arc) and scored 17 consecutive points in the fourth quarter to spark a run. The Pelicans weren't ultimately able to win, but Williamson's effort was impressive nonetheless.

It won't be easy to deal with the talented rookie, but surely, the Celtics will give it everything they've got.
The Celtics have played well of late and beat the No. 2 overall pick, Ja Morant, and the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night in decisive fashion. Anchored by healthy All-Star starter Kemba Walker, the team is seemingly starting to hit their stride again after a season-long three-game losing streak amid a tough stretch in January.
